DIRECTIONS TO THOUSAND OAKS OFFICE

Take the Moorpark Road exit from the 101 Freeway (just northwest of the 23 Freeway) and go north one block to Thousand Oaks Blvd. Turn right half a block at the Shell station and turn right into the Corporate Plaza building parking lot (100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.). It is across from Outback Steakhouse. Suite 147 is in the wing closest to the street.

DIRECTIONS TO VALENCIA OFFICE

From either north or south, exit I5 at Valencia Blvd. Go east toward the city. Follow Valencia Blvd., past the mall and just past McBean Parkway. The office is in the Bank of America Building on left, across from City Hall and near courthouse/library. The actual address is 23929 Valencia Blvd., Suite 411. Enter the building and go to the 4th floor. The office is in Suite 411, with a group of attorneys. Receptionist will ring Mr. Ellicott.
